Psychotherapy
What is psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is a process that helps you manage emotions from traumas, conflicts, or stressors by investigating the experiences—past or present—that trigger emotional struggle; it is a way to establish emotional wellness in your everyday life by eliminating or controlling the symptoms so that you can function better and improve your quality of life.
I have a very eclectic approach to psychotherapy, drawing from cognitive behavior therapy, nutrition and wellness, and spiritual counseling techniques.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy
The cognitive behavioral therapy approach works to challenge and improve unhelpful thinking and behaviors, improving emotional regulation through creating coping strategies.
Nutrition and Wellness
This holistic approach examines how your diet and exercise influence mood and behavior.
Spiritual
A spiritual approach that encompasses open-minded perspectives in positive energy and mindfulness practices.

Take the next step toward living the life you desire.
As a psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience, I will help you to explore the traumas and experiences in both the present and the past that hold you back and develop solutions that will help you to improve your well-being and mental health.
At your consultation session, which will take about 50 minutes, we assess the areas of difficulty and concern.
In the following sessions, we work through those conflicts over time to improve your mental health and well-being.
