Life Coaching
What is life coaching?
It is a short-term intervention designed to quickly move the individual from point a to point b focusing only on action, not “feelings” or “resistance” or the “why” we are resistant to do. It focuses on a specific topic area: work environment, creating a startup, business questions, wellness, lifestyle changes, structure.
For some it may be a one-time consultation because they a just stuck and are having difficulty recognizing a small shift and what that shift could be to make a big difference with transitions in life.

As an experienced life coach with over 30 years as a psychotherapist, behavioral scientist and entrepreneur teacher, business owner, and entertainer, I can assist you in solving the ups and downs in life in a unique way.
We start with answering 50 power questions.
Next, we schedule a consultation session, which will take about 60 to 90 minutes. Within this session, we review and prioritize an action unique to you.
In the following sessions, we work assess the progress of the action plan and fine-tune it as needed.
